What shipping methods are available?
All packages are shipped Standard courier service. We do not offer rush or expedited shipping as all items are made to order.
How long will my order take to process?
Everything that we carry is handmade and each piece is made just for you. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

All Dice orders ship directly from the manufacturer in China.
All orders generally ship within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends, or public holidays. If there are multiple items in your order, please note that items may ship separately.

How quickly will I receive my order after shipment?
Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days in addition to the initial processing time, but can take longer during busy holiday seasons. International shipping can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks and will depend on your location, postal service and the amount of time your package takes to get through your customs department. In most cases, international packages are delivered in 2-3 weeks.

Where is my order shipping from?
If ordering from USA then your order will ship from one or more of our fulfillment centers located in California or North Carolina.
If ordering from Europe then your order will ship from our fulfillment center located in Latvia.
Where is my order?
Once your orders ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email. If 7 business days have passed and you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. Those that created an account during checkout, may also login to their account to view the status of their order. Once you receive a tracking number, please follow it carefully and if you have any questions regarding the status of your order please contact us. Meeple Design will NOT assume responsibility for lost/stolen packages that show a delivered status.
Changing My Order
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
If you need to make changes to an open order, please contact us immediately to let us know. If your item(s) has not been printed/shipped, we will be able to update certain details for you. If your item(s) have already been printed and/or shipped, we will NOT be able to make changes of any kind.
If your order has already been printed and/or shipped, you will NOT be able to cancel it.
My order has already shipped. Can I change the delivery address?
We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already gone out and the Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order is shipped. If a package is returned to us after shipping to a wrong address, we can reship at the buyer's expense. If your package is returned to us for an incorrect/faulty address and we can not confirm a valid address and payment for reshipment, you will receive a refund minus shipping.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the made to order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless there is a fault with the product. However please contact us if you have any problems and we will do our best to help.
Received a faulty product?
If an item is faulty (see definition below) or an error is made on our part, we will take corrective action. This may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges or providing a replacement product and a pre-paid shipping label for the incorrect item. In an instance where a faulty or damaged item has been received please contact us providing photos.
*Faulty or damaged items include: unraveled seams and/or holes in t-shirts that are present BEFORE being washed. Posters received damaged or misprinted. Receipt of a different size, color or design to what was ordered. Please check the item before washing as we do not accept returned shirts that have been laundered.
Can I exchange my product?
We don't offer product exchanges at this time, but if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact boardgames@meepledesign.com and we'll take a look at your case.

When we receive your returned item, we’ll contact you by email to let you know. All refunds (full or partial) apply to the order amount only, excluding the shipping costs.
Taxes & Levies
Do I need to pay shipping taxes or VAT with my order?
This depends on where you live. Some countries add VAT or other import duties once a shipment enters your destination country. You can find this information for your country online. Meeple Design has no involvement in these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I create an account?
When you place an order, we’ll prompt you to create an account. It's not mandatory, but creating an account will make it easier for you to track your orders and view your order history.
You can create a new account at any time, even without making an order. The circular user icon at the top right of the Meeple Design site will take you to the login page. There, you’ll find a ‘Create account’ link. Signup is fast and simple.

No problems. As long as you have an account with our store, you can reset your password.

Is my personal information safe?
We will never share your information with any third party for any reason, unless required to do so by law.

Product Information T-Shirts
What brand of shirts do you use and what is there fit?
All of our t shirt designs are printed onto Bella Canvas. T-Shirts are made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (heather colours contain Polyester).
The majority of items on our website are unisex and fit true to size. This information is located on a sizing guide on the product listings.
How are your shirts printed?
We use direct to garment printing technology and eco-friendly, water based inks. These environmentally friendly inks are soft, breathable and may smell slightly of vinegar, but will disappear after washing.
How do I take care of my shirt?
To best preserve the graphic on your garment, we recommend washing inside out with like colors on cold setting using a mild detergent, hang or lay flat to dry. You may tumble dry on a low setting, but please be aware that drying your garment will cause the graphic to fade gradually over time. Just as a black colored garment will fade when dried, so will the graphic on your shirt. Avoid products that contain color safe bleach, stain lifter or Oxy Clean. These products contain chemicals that will lift color from your graphic causing it to fade. Do not Iron over the printed area.
Why doesn't the shirt I received look exactly like it does online?
In some cases, products are represented with digital illustrations. Because of differences in color values from screen to screen, design colors may vary slightly on actual product.
Product Information Posters
What quality paper are our posters printed on?
Meeple Design posters are printed on thick and durable museum-quality matte paper.
Each poster is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper.
How are the posters printed and shipped?
Each poster is printed to order and are shipped in Kraft Tube boxes.
Also each poster is cut manually therefore there is a tolerance on all posters of 1/4 inch (0.635cm).
What size posters do you sell?
All of our posters show the size on the product page and are listed in inches.
Are the posters framed?
Prints are ready for framing but the frame is not included.
Where do Meeple Design buy their poster frames from?
For our 8x10 and 12x16 inch posters, we buy our frames in the United Kingdom from Vivarti. They offer a good selection of frames at affordable prices.
Larger frames for 18x24 inch posters can be expensive so we generally use hanger frames which can be purchased from a variety of places including Amazon UK and Amazon US.

Product Information Dice
Will the dice look exactly like the picture?
When ordering a set of our Semi-Precious Gemstone Dice, they are cut from natural stone and there will be variations on colours and no two will be the same. As such, each dice is very unique and may not be perfectly symmetrical, though the dice roll is as balanced as one would expect from acrylic dice. Our Semi-Precious Dice are hand-carved and there may be imperfections such as a slight size difference between the dice, asymmetrical faces of the dice, or the numbers may be off-centre. If the unique style of our Semi-Precious Gemstone Dice is not what you're after, we do offer our range of machine cut precision metal dice as an alternative.
What material are the dice made of?
The dice material is detailed in the listing description and currently we sell stone, metal & resin dice set.
How should I look after my shiny new dice set?
Our Gemstone dice are durable however they are made from a natural material. Therefore we recommend protecting them, when not in use, by storing them in the dice box provided or a dice vault (check out the Meeple Dungeon Vaults!).
